JOHANN RADCLIFFE, PMP

An accomplished and decisive project management professional, Johann has experience
with large and complex projects. He has performed assessments for Fortune 1000 corporations
and provided process improvement recommendations. As a U.S. Air Force Captain, he managed software
and systems integration projects for avionics, guidance systems, and other sophisticated electronics
within the Aerospace/Defense industry. An expert in RFP/RFQ responses, he helped decide vendor and partner
selection for the USAF C-17 including the delivery of several subsystems. His managerial and motivational
skills are complemented by technical expertise and training in SAP, e-commerce, systems integration, ITIL,
RUP, Agile, Six Sigma, SDLCs, and Knowledge Management. He has trained and mentored many project managers

industries as Technology, Internet, E-Commerce, Telecommunications, Health
Care, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Financial Services, Entertainment and other
service-related companies. He has extensive experience in financial modeling
and in raising venture capital. Prior to forming New VentureZ Business Solutions,
Inc., Ken was the Manager of Finance at Ryder System, Inc., Controller for
a national architecture, engineering and construction firm, Analyst for a
publishing firm and an Accountant for Goldman Sachs, a Wall Street Investment
Bank. He has an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York
in Finance and Economics and an MBA from Nova’s Graduate School of Business.
